This 3.7V 1000mA lithium polymer battery is a spare/replacement battery for the Nighstick XPR-5554G headlamp. Like all lithium polymer batteries, this unit has no recharge memory effect meaning it can be charged a little or a lot with no impact on the life of the battery.
